For brands, showrooms & press offices

Every sample. Who has it. When it comes back.

Sample tracking for teams where two or three people do everything. Set it up this afternoon — no barcode scanner, no annual contract, no demo call before you can see a price.

The problem

The spreadsheet stops working around sample forty

One person updates it, nobody else does. A piece goes to a shoot, then straight to a stylist, and the sheet never hears about it. At the end of the season you are missing eleven items and there is no record of who touched them last.

Enterprise platforms solve this with barcodes, RFID tags and a sales cycle that starts with a demo request. That is the right answer for a company with a warehouse team. It is the wrong answer for a brand with one showroom and two people.

What it does

Built for the way samples actually move

01

A photo is the barcode

Add a sample with a picture, a reference and a season. Thirty seconds per piece from your phone. Nothing to print, no hardware to buy.

02

Everything at a glance

Available, borrowed, reserved, cleaning — the counts sit on your dashboard, and what is due back this week sits under them.

03

Check out in two taps

Who took it, where it is going, when it comes back. Anyone on the team can log a movement, so the record stays true even when you are not the one handing it over.

04

Overdue is impossible to miss

Anything past its return date is flagged in red at the top of the list. Chase press loans before the season closes, not after.

05

Your press list lives here too

Stylists, editors, influencers, celebrities and agencies in one place, so you know who has borrowed what and how often.

06

Search the way you think

“Size 4 dresses out with editors” finds them. No filters to learn.

Being built now

Shaped by the brands testing it this season

07

Loan terms at reservation

Choose why a piece is going out — editorial loan, shoot, rental — so the conditions are agreed before it leaves the rail.

08

Pickup and delivery details

Reserve a sample and see where to collect it, or leave a delivery address, without a single email.

09

Categories that stay consistent

Pick from a set list instead of typing your own, so search still works two seasons from now.

Price

Published, like it should be

€39per month

Unlimited samples, unlimited movements, up to five people on the team. Monthly, cancel any time.

First season free for the brands, showrooms and agencies joining now, in exchange for telling me what is missing.
